Fire Station 16 Project

Clackamas Fire District # 1 (District) hereby requests proposals from qualified Construction Manager/General Contractor (CM/GC) firms for construction of the District’s new Station 16. The District plans to award a contract for the identified service to the highest ranked Proposer selected from those CM/GCs submitting proposals, using competitive negotiation procedures.
Awardee will be a team participant involved with pre-construction design work, establishment of a guaranteed maximum price, and general construction contractor work to design and construct a new fire station located at 19340 Molalla Avenue, Oregon City, Oregon 97045. This project will also include the demolition and removal of the existing fire station.

Submissions delivered after the date and time indicated above will not be opened and will be rejected as nonresponsive. Proposers shall submit proposals in a sealed, opaque envelope, plainly marked “Request for Proposals CM/GC” to Deputy Chief Ryan Hari, Clackamas Fire District # 1, 11300 SE Fuller Road, Milwaukie, OR 97222. Facsimile, telegraph, and email submissions, and submissions not otherwise meeting the above requirements will be rejected as nonresponsive and will not be opened or considered. This Contract is for a public work, subject to ORS 279C.800 to 279C.870.
