Advertisement for Bids - Stations 12 and 13 Seismic Improvements

Sealed bids will be received by Clackamas Fire District #1 up to but not later than 2:00 pm, December 14, 2016 at the address listed below, for Stations 12 and 13 Seismic Improvements, at which time they shall be publicly opened and recorded.

The contract includes general trades, for a seismic improvement of 2 fire stations. The anticipated combined base bid for Station 12 and 13 is $162,500.00.

This project is financed through Oregon Business Development Department Infrastructure Finance Authority.

This project is subject to meet Oregon State prevailing wages rates. All work performed on the project will be subject to the approved wage determination rates in the bid documents.

Request For Proposals - Architectural Services for Station 16

Pursuant to District Rule 137-048-0220, Clackamas Fire District No. 1 (District) is conducting a formal selection procedure for an architectural firm to design and oversee construction of a Fire Station to be located at 19340 Molalla Avenue, Oregon City, OR 97045.

The awardee may also be asked to design and oversee construction of additional Fire Stations or facilities. The District plans to award to the proposer selected through the process outlined in Section VIII of the RFP document.

The anticipated contract will include: all design work; site analysis; solicitation of and award to a construction contractor; construction oversight; and procurement of all necessary government permits.

RFP - Station Security System Purchase, Installation and Monitoring

Pursuant to ORS 279B.060 and District Public Contracting Rules (District Rule) 137- 047-0260 governing competitive sealed proposals, Clackamas Fire will be received sealed proposals for station security purchase, installation and monitoring.

The Request for Proposals packet including contract terms, conditions and specification shall be available from August 22, 2016, to September 23, 2016 at the address below:

Sealed proposals will be received by the District until 10:00am, September 23rd, 2016. No proposals will be received or considered after this time.

Proposal opening is scheduled to immediately follow closing at the District’s Administrative Office at the address above. The District’s Board of Directors may cancel this Request for Proposal (RFP) or reject any proposal not in compliance with all prescribed public solicitation procedures and requirements, and may reject any or all proposals, in whole or in part, upon a finding that it is in the best interest of the District to do so, per ORS 279B.100. The District may waive any and all informalities in the public interest. No prequalification for Proposers is required.

Clackamas Fire District #1 intends to award the Station Security System Purchase, Installation and Monitoring RFP to Sonitrol.
