NOTICE OF BUDGET COMMITTEE MEETING
A public meeting of the Budget Committee of Clackamas Fire District #1, Clackamas, Oregon, to discuss the budget for the fiscal year July 1, 2019 to June 30, 2020 will be held at 28655 SE Hwy 212, Boring OR 97009. The meeting will take place on May 9, 2019 at 6:00 p.m. The purpose of the meeting is to receive the budget message and to receive public comment. A copy of the budget document will be available at the meeting or may be inspected or obtained on or after May 10, 2019, at 11300 SE Fuller Road, Milwaukie, Oregon 97222, Monday through Friday between the hours of 8 a.m. and 4 p.m. or on the Fire District’s website at: www.clackamasfire.com. This is a public meeting where deliberation of the Budget Committee will take place. Any person may appear at the meeting and discuss the proposed programs with the Budget Committee. An additional public meeting will be held on May 23, 2019 at 6:00 p.m. in the same location. The purpose of the 2nd meeting is deliberation of the Budget Committee and to receive additional public comment.
