The Operations Division of Clackamas Fire District #1 provides 24-hour customer focused emergency response services. Seventeen fire stations are staffed with a minimum daily shift strength of 43 firefighters. In addition to career staffing, the district maintains a force of volunteers who provide support in areas such as Chaplain Volunteers, Combat Volunteers, Explorer Program, Resident Volunteers, and Support Volunteers.
All front line response units are staffed with advanced life support Paramedics and many of the Volunteer personnel are Paramedic or Emergency medical Technician certified as well. Specialized services in addition to fire and medical emergencies include:
