NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING - CLACKAMAS COUNTY FIRE DISTRICT #1
The Board of Directors of Clackamas County Fire District #1 (the District) will conduct a joint public hearing of its Board and Public Contract Review Board at 6:00 p.m. on December 19th, at Fire Station #5, 9339 SE Causey Ave, Happy Valley, OR, 97222.
The public hearing is to take comments on draft findings in support of an exemption from competitive bidding under ORS 279C.335 for the construction of a new fire station in the district. The draft findings support selection and use of a Construction Manager/General Contractor in accordance with ORS 279C.335. A recommendation for approval of the findings and associated resolution will be submitted following the public hearing.

All interested parties may attend in person or submit written comments prior to 2:00 pm the day of the hearing to:
